Flex Start

Instead of having an exact workout start time you have the luxury of coming in for a 45 minute workout any time in between 730am-830am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (everyone must be done by 915am)

Example: Come in at 750am-workout for about 45 minutes-done by 835am.

Example: Come in at 820am- workout for about 45 minutes- done by 905am.

 

Personal Coaching

  • Custom warm up if you need corrective exercise or have specific limitations
  • Cardio program for faster fat loss
  • Daily stretches for posture enhancement
  • Weekly schedule to make sure everything we need to do for success is covered
  • Nutrition guidelines

 

Accountability

  • If you miss 2 workouts in a row you will be called, emailed and text messaged until you respond
  • Progress tracking (optional)

 

Professional Programming

  • Warm up and stretch
  • Individualized workout in a group setting
  • Full body stretch cool down
